Welcome to my blog!

Thanks for visiting!

I'm a mom to three amazing kids, wife to the man who swept me off my feet 12 years ago, and a child of God. I'm passionate about a lot of things, my family, my friends, my faith just to name a few.

I love the art of photography, messy mixed media, teaching, and inspiring others. I'm transparent and open, ready for girlfriend time at a moment's notice. I love watching my kids get excited about the things they are good at, and walking them through the things that are hard in life. I try to be intentional with my time, authentic in everything, and I try to embrace every moment. My goal for this place is to be a source of sneek peeks for my client's captured "moments" as well as a place to share my own as these fleeting days of parenthood fly by. I want to remember the moments that are often taken for granted in the busyness of the day to day. There is beauty and joy in taking time to freeze a moment with a picture, and even more joy in sharing it with others. Thanks for taking the time to visit. I hope you leave inspired in some way!

6 days precious

Photographing a newborn was harder than I thought it would be. I’m used to small children running and having to think and click fast! Photographing a newborn had a much much slower...
