I'm a mom to three amazing kids, wife to the man who swept me off my feet 12 years ago, and a child of God. I'm passionate about a lot of things, my family, my friends, my faith just to name a few ... and of course art and photography!

My goal for this place is to be a source of sneek peeks for my client's captured "moments" as well as a place to share my own as these days of parenthood fly by. I want to remember the moments that are often taken for granted in the busyness of the day to day. I find beauty and joy in taking time to freeze a moment with a picture, and even more joy in sharing it with others. There is not much in life that is more precious than a newborn. Fresh. New. Brand new. Little Bekah was 6 days new here.

Photographing a newborn was harder than I thought it would be. I’m used to small children running and having to think and click fast! Photographing a newborn had a much much slower pace. Newborns … they want to be warm … not exposed. Next time I do this we’ll bump up the heat and see if that helps. :) I love love love that you can see her peach fuzz in this picture!!

Everyone is in love with her.  

She is sweet. sweet. sweet. I love her so much. My sister is in heaven – her dream has come true. She’s recently a stay at home mom. She has her girl and her boy, her doting hubby, and a fabulous big sister who adores being an auntie!!!  Who wouldn’t be in heaven?
