my son’s “hippie” friend

Hunter calls him his hippie friend. So cute. All his buddies have such unique personalities. I got a grand tour of his bedroom at the beginning of our shoot. I heard all sorts of great stories about his treasures and why they were important to him.

Sweet kids, I loved capturing them in their personal spaces.

The weather was, again, unseasonable and beautiful so of course we wanted to take full advantage of that.

Sweet family. Dad is a musician in his free time! Cool. And mom is a room mom with me in the boys’ class. Equally cool.

Little sister was so funny, she would get happy and her smile would be a wide open mouth!! I have to believe this is pretty true to her character. Wide open happy smile!

Of course … I had to get my signature foot shot. I love the contrast of the girlie ballet slippers and the all boy skater shoes.
